BetCris is one of the bigger online bookmakers. They have over 800,000 customers, so they are doing something right.

Customer support is comprehensive - they have a lot of phone numbers, a lot of good staff answering those phones, and an online chat system that is at least as quick and easy. They answered my questions quickly, and solved my problems.

Although BetCris cover a huge range of events, they are one of the last books to release their lines, which is kind of a pain. It's not just that there's more opportunity to find good odds when odds are fresh. It also means that sometimes there are no bets available of events that you were expecting to put money on.

The website is a little crowded, but the side navigation bar works to get you to the sport you're interested in. From there, it's a little hit and miss if the event you want will be there, but all up, it's not too hard to navigate.

Overall, BetCris.com is big, but could be a little better. I wasn't exactly disappointed, they lived up to my expectations, but they didn't wow me.
